You may not have heard of the Azalea Lace Bug, and hopefully you won't see the damage they can do, but just in case, please keep reading. Documented in Portland about five years ago, these insects can cause severe damage to azaleas and rhododendrons, those lovely, easy to care for shrubs that many of us have in our landscaping. Now is the time to check leaves and see if you have nymphs, which can allow for easy, early intervention!
