Mortgage rates update — still good news.

Great news on the mortgage front!  Although many forecasts show that rate are likely to increase in 2014, Inman News reports that this week's average 30 year fixed mortgage actually dropped — to 4.41%.  With Portland area home prices trending on a nice, steady climb, perhaps now is the time to buy…
